Rochester students, you now have access to Campus.Health, which provides 24/7 medical and mental telehealth care for all students, at no cost! To get started, visit campus.health. Register now and use the service when you need it. Be sure to enter the Service Key WARRIORS2020 when you register.

Whether you’re feeling sick or overwhelmed, you will be able to talk to a licensed provider for free from your smartphone or any web-enabled device. The medical providers can diagnose common conditions (cold, flu, sinus infection), and the TalkNow service gives students a safe space to talk about anything at any time (anxiety surrounding COVID-19, relationships, depression). Q: What services are available?
A: 24/7 Medical or TalkNow, immediate access to talk to a mental health provider about anything, any time (including after-hours and weekends).

Q: How does it work?
A: Go to campus.health. From there, students can register with their school email address, enter the Service Key WARRIORS2020, and begin using services. Students can then choose to have a voice or video call from their smartphone or laptop.

Q: How much does a visit cost?
A: It’s free! There is no cost for Rochester University students. Be sure to enter the Service Key WARRIORS2020.

Q: Can Campus.Health diagnose COVID-19?
A: Campus.Health will virtually assess symptoms and administer frontline care in a contained environment to limit the spread of illness. They will also give recommendations on need for testing vs. self-quarantine, and where to go if testing or further care is needed.
